Since 2005, when its five members joined forces, Kabbalah has built an original repertoire that conveys the cultural and musical background of each musician and their respective skills (hassidic chants respond to spoken word poetry, obsessional moods conjure up trance and mysticism): a rich sound palette where virtuosity meets musicality. The extraordinary abundance of instruments (saxophones, violin, double bass, xylophone, mandolute, percussion, etc. ) and the resonance of different languages (english, yiddish, russian) allow the expression of kabbalah’s own colorful universe.
